We are committed to giving the best value and most efficient delivery options possible. 99% of our orders are despatched the day we receive them. Depending on the delivery location, delivery option selected, the weight and dimensions of the package we use a variety of couriers along with Royal Mails delivery services. Please add an extra working day for delivery of orders placed after 2PM. Monday to Friday are considered working days by our delivery companies. For all standard delivery options the times we give are best estimates and are not guarantees. Occasionally deliveries may take longer than the stated periods. If you plan to use our 3-5 working day deliveries to British addresses, or if you are having an order shipped abroad please allow as much time as possible to allow for possible delays with postage and/or courier networks. Recommended times for these deliveries cannot be guaranteed so if you need to guarantee a quicker delivery please choose the express delivery option or contact us so we can confirm the best delivery method.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship certain items to Northern Ireland or internationally. These include but are not restricted to party poppers and cannons and helium gas cylinders. Certain bulkier items such as banquet rolls and pinatas may require an additional shipping charge for international delivery. We will advise when this is necessary.
